Job Description:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing site performance, operational efficiency, and team well-being and safety. They will lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain high service standards. Job Responsibility:

Guarantee overall site performance, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and improving productivity
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing workplace health and safety regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet and exceed business objectives
Manage budgets, resources, and costs effectively to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
Collaborate with senior management to align site operations with company goals
Ensure compliance with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management best practices to uphold high industry standards

Requirements:

University degree in a related field (administration, management, or human resources)
Extensive management experience
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Significant experience in warehouse operations
Expertise in workplace health and safety practices
