Job Description:

Randstad CPE is looking to onboard Site Managers in Berkshire to support residential new- builds. You will take the responsibility of a medium to large-scale development in the area, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety, and project delivery, on high-quality new build homes and communities across Berkshire.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all daily site operations, coordinating sub-contractors, trades, and site personnel
Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, company policies, and quality control procedures
Manage the project build programme, monitoring progress against the timeline and budget, and proactively addressing any issues
Conduct regular site inductions, tool-box talks, and safety inspections
Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and progress reports for the Project Manager/Contracts Manager
Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 3+ years as a Site Manager on high-volume residential new build housing or apartment schemes in the UK
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work certification
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, quality assurance processes, and construction methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
