Job Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across the site
  • Maintain project documentation and progress reports
  • Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Current First Aid Certificate required
  • QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
  • An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Proven experience in site management with experience delivering projects up to $100m
  • Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike
  • Strong tenure is a must
