Job Description

This job is located in Tusnica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of wind farm construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This role involves close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, as well as maintaining accurate site records and reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Site Coordination & Supervision
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks
  • Site Diary & Reporting
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date site diary, including weather conditions, workforce, equipment usage, and work progress
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  • Enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Quality Assurance
  • Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications
  • Coordinate inspections and testing with QA/QC teams
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Liaise with local authorities, landowners, and community representatives as needed
  • Support the Project Manager in client and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • An engineer with a VI level degree / bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS credits) with a minimum of 8 (eight) years of work experience and a passed professional exam
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE regulations, and project management tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with general construction works, wind turbine installation and commissioning
  • Familiarity with local permitting and environmental regulations
