Job Responsibility

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Effectively manage sub-contractors, direct labour, and site resources
Enforce and maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance (HSE) on site
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections
Manage quality control, carry out plot inspections, and ensure a high standard of finish is achieved, ready for handover
