Job Description

We are looking for a proven residential construction professional Site Manager to join a flagship project in Slough, who possess deep residential experience and fundamentally understand the client's uncompromising quality, meticulous attention to detail, and premium customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead on-site construction stages, coordinating sub-contractors and internal trade packages from first fix to high-end handover
  • Monitor, drive, and report on programme performance, proactively identifying and mitigating on-site risks
  • Ensure all builds rigorously meet statutory requirements and the brand's premium internal quality standards
  • Champion an incident-free, proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental culture on site
  • Work closely with the customer relations team to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction scores and a 5-star builder status

Requirements

  • Valid SMSTS
  • CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
  • First Aid at Work qualification
  • Relevant trade background or a construction-related degree/NVQ Level 6
  • Proven track record managing complex, high-density residential or mixed-use developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort utilizing modern digital site management and QA platforms

Nice to have

Regeneration/town centre experience is highly advantageous
