Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager III to oversee site operations and ensure the successful implementation of projects. This position requires a strong leader who can manage teams, coordinate activities with external stakeholders, and maintain compliance with organizational standards. As this is a long-term contract role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in operational management, customer relations, and policy administration.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise operations staff and provide guidance to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical and managerial roles
  • Proven ability to supervise teams and manage operational tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical staff, peers, management, and external customers
  • Expertise in policy implementation, compliance monitoring, and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in planning, documentation, and overseeing budget processes
  • Familiarity with human resources administration, including hiring and employee development
  • Ability to manage procurement, facility operations, and shipping functions efficiently
