We are seeking a solution-driven Site Manager to lead high-profile projects across the education, health, industrial, retail, and residential sectors. You will be the driving force on-site, ensuring that complex builds are delivered with clinical precision, on time, and within budget.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor site teams on diverse projects valued from $500k to $20M
  • Drive the construction schedule to ensure all milestones are met without compromising on quality or safety
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee all H&S requirements, risk assessments, and building code compliance to maintain the company’s gold-standard reputation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Site Management experience within the Australian commercial/industrial sector
  • A proven track record of delivering projects valued at $10M+
  • Deep knowledge of building codes, standards, and modern construction methodologies
  • Exceptional ability to manage conflict and lead diverse teams toward a common goal
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a Trade background with relevant supervisory experience is highly regarded
