Job Description

Role Summary: Acts as the daily coordination lead onsite, supporting PM/DPM. Ensures site-wide progress, logistics, interfaces, and daily execution align with schedule and quality requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensures site-wide progress, logistics, interfaces, and daily execution align with schedule and quality requirements
  • Track daily activities of EPC & subcontractors across disciplines
  • Support creation of week‑ahead and month‑ahead schedules
  • Coordinate access, permits-to-work, site logistics
  • Maintain daily site diary, photo records, NCR tracking
  • Support implementation of engineering comments from design review
  • Assist inspectors (civil/electrical/SCADA) during inspections & hold points
  • Ensure EPC prepares required inspection documentation
  • Track punch-lists, readiness, and close-out

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience working as a site manager on BESS project
  • Proven delivery of large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
