Job Responsibility

  • Ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that all approaches to the Home are accessible, neat, tidy and clear of any hazards
  • Cut grass and hedges as required
  • Operate a planned system of general maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure the smooth running of all plant machinery and equipment, including safety and state of repair
  • Carry out decorating and re-decorating as applicable
  • Carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the Health and Safety of self, colleagues, residents and visitors to the Home

Requirements

  • Related role qualification preferred
  • Experience in site and facilities management
  • Ability to organised and prioritise own workload
  • Full clean driving license
  • Enhanced DBS to be completed prior to start (essential)
