Job Responsibility

  • Plan and manage supplier delivery and collection schedules during build-up and load-out
  • Coordinate time slots, access routes, and unloading areas for all suppliers delivering scope to site
  • Maintain a detailed logistics schedule and share updates with IFEMA and internal teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding site access, delivery timing, and logistics procedures
  • Monitor on-site logistics during build and dismantling to ensure deliveries run according to plan
  • Coordinate closely with production, operations, and technical teams to align installation sequencing
  • Ensure compliance with venue rules, safety requirements, and operational constraints set by IFEMA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event logistics, production coordination, or site operations
  • Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and delivery schedules for large-scale events or installations
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working on-site during build-up and dismantling phases.
