Site Librarian

• Take day-to-day responsibility for the Library at Worthing College
• Liaise directly with curriculum staff to provide relevant resources, collection development and research skills training
• Ensure that the stock, services and environment of the Library support student learning

• Educated to degree level
• Ideally have a CILIP accredited qualification in librarianship or information studies, or a commitment to obtaining such a qualification
• Experience of working in a professional role in a library, preferably in the further education sector
• Proficient computer skills
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise
• Flexible and resourceful approach
