Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and punctual Site Labourer to join our team on a premium long-term residential construction project in Kidlington (OX5). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for steady, consistent work with a reputable builder. For the right candidate, this role offers excellent long-term stability and the potential to learn from experienced tradespeople.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting skilled tradespeople (bricklayers, carpenters, and plasterers) on-site
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment by clearing debris and waste
  • Unloading, moving, and distributing heavy building materials across the site
  • Setting up and preparing work areas, including basic mixing of mortar or concrete when required
  • Following all health and safety guidelines strictly to ensure a safe site for everyone

Requirements

  • Valid Green Labourer card is essential
  • Must have your own standard Personal Protective Equipment (Steel toe-cap boots, hi-vis vest/jacket, and hard hat)
  • Previous experience working on a residential construction site is highly desirable
  • Strong work ethic, physically fit for heavy lifting, and excellent reliability
  • Reliable transport to reach the site
