Job Description:

Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a labourer in Wantage for our upcoming residential project. We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Wantage. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance
  • Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety protocols and Wearing full PPE at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots)
  • Proven reliability and a strong work ethic (references may be requested)
  • Previous experience on a residential new-build site
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
