Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Site Installer to join our Commercial Joinery & Fit Out team in Seven Hills (working on Sites located throughout Sydney). This is a permanent role offering the chance to forge a long-term career with one of the best in the business. As a permanent team member, you will be required to provide attention to detail on all installations with joinery on various commercial fit out project sites throughout Sydney. You will be able to complete tasks within time frames and work as directed alongside your teammates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Installation of Joinery units, and detailed commercial joinery
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, Floor and Furniture Plans
  • Assist with the unloading of the Truck according to manifest
  • Abide by Company WHS practices, policies, and procedures
  • Attend daily pre-starts and monthly Toolbox meetings
  • Reporting of any incidents/damaged product
  • Operate in accordance Site specific Inductions and SWMS
  • Manage Site Tools
  • Assist in Factory as required in downtime

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate III in Carpentry, Joinery, Shopfitting or Cabinetmaking
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience Installing bespoke, detailed joinery on-site as part of a successful team
  • General Construction Certificate (White Card)
  • Physically fit – comfortable doing single lifts
  • Current drivers’ license

  • Complete joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical tasks, and interior/exterior finishing to deliver safe, high‑quality, and ready‑to‑use units that meet specification, programme, and UK building and safety standards
  • Assembly & Fit‑Out: Construct and refurbish modular building structures in the depot from CAD packs / job cards, including wall partitions, doors/windows, ceilings, floors, trims, and fixtures
  • Carry out multi‑trade tasks: first/second‑fix joinery, basic plumbing (e.g., sinks, taps, water heaters), and basic electrics (e.g., fitting accessories within competency). Escalate to qualified trades where required
  • Prepare internal and external finishes: lining, insulation placement, sealing, prepping, painting/spraying, and vinyl floor laying to depot quality standards
  • Furniture and accessories: clean, stage and install furniture, sanitary ware, and welfare fittings to specification
  • Quality Assurance: Follow company standards and work instructions to ensure all tasks meet required quality levels
