Job Responsibility:
Support the development, management, and improvement of the site safety management system during project phases
Drive health, safety, and environmental awareness through engagement and workforce training initiatives
Conduct inspections, monitor subcontractor activities, and ensure equipment compliance
Manage risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and safe work practices
Oversee Permit to Work systems and controls for hazardous materials
Report HSE performance, track key performance indicators, and support investigations as required
Promote environmental compliance and drive on-site sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in HSE or an engineering-related field, such as NEBOSH diploma
Significant experience within the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in onshore projects with exposure to construction design regulation and survey/investigation activities
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification
Strong knowledge of HSE systems and best practices in complex engineering environments
Excellent communication and workforce engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and promote a safety-first culture on site
