Job Responsibility

Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and variance reports, within specified deadlines
Manage tenant accounting entries such as rent adjustments, security deposit changes, and lease updates
Generate and verify monthly billing statements to ensure the accuracy of charges and balances
Collaborate with property managers and controllers to address delinquencies and resolve accounting-related issues
Calculate owner distributions, management fees, and excise tax returns based on financial statement data
Review and reconcile supporting schedules to ensure consistency with balance sheets and income statements
Develop and update annual budget worksheets in coordination with property managers, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
Prepare annual common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliation worksheets and verify the final packages for completeness
Provide internal monthly transmittal reports, including cash projections and updates on delinquent accounts
Maintain clear communication with team members and management to address inquiries and provide updates on assignments
