• Proven experience in managing and coordinating large-scale construction projects
• A strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate teams
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Experience in preparing accurate material lists and estimates
• Knowledge of contract administration
• Proficiency in project software and technology
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• White Card
• Hold a Current Builders Supervisors Licence - Highly Regarded
• A current Open Class C Driver's Licence (Queensland) or equivalent
• Criminal history check prior to appointment
• Current Australian working rights
