The Role Work in lockstep with the Site Manager and Project Manager to drive the construction program, manage critical paths, and consistently hit key project milestones. Take full ownership of the structures package, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously while managing high-volume trades, sub-contractors, and direct labour on-site. Utilise exceptional people management skills to coordinate large-scale site teams, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
