Job Responsibility

Requirements
Head Contractor Background: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a site supervisor or delivery leadership role with a recognised and reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 Australian Head Contractor. (Essential)
Major Project Exposure: A demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects valued at $50M+ within the Australian market.
Positive Tenure & Stability: A consistent, stable employment history showcasing loyalty and a dedication to seeing major projects through to successful completion.
Advanced Build Knowledge: Exceptional construction knowledge with the proven ability to work autonomously, make critical on-site decisions, and drive project timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: A natural ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and project stakeholders alike.
Qualifications: Trade background or relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Construction.
