We are seeking a Site Agent to lead the day-to-day management and technical delivery of the Q6 Cladding package within the Main CTA Tunnel at Heathrow Airport. This critical role involves overseeing the day-shift team to ensure seamless preparation for nightly installation windows within tight 4-5 hour tunnel closure periods. You will manage subcontractor performance, resolve complex engineering challenges, and coordinate closely with stakeholders including the Principal Contractor, design teams, and clients to maintain operational continuity and compliance with stringent regulatory and safety standards. The role demands strong leadership, operational management, and technical expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes while championing health, safety, and environmental protocols. You will also be responsible for short-term planning, risk management, reporting, and fostering collaborative stakeholder engagement to support the successful delivery of this high-profile infrastructure project.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Strong foundation in Civil or Structural Engineering
Proven experience in complex infrastructure projects (tunnels, highways, rail)
Ability to interpret and apply complex engineering drawings
Leadership and team management skills for multidisciplinary teams
Subcontractor and supply chain management
Operational planning and shift coordination
Health, safety, and environmental compliance, including RAMS preparation and review
Risk and change management
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication
Problem-solving in live operational environments
Valid CSCS card
Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., SMSTS)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with NEC4 contracts and change management processes
Common engineering and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD desirable)
