We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our construction team. Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience and play a key role in delivering a high-profile infrastructure project. This role operates on a rotating shift roster, requiring flexibility to support site operations across varying hours.
Job Responsibility
Develop and manage daily cost reporting
Provide on-site engineering support to meet project objectives
Monitor construction requirements and take corrective action to ensure compliance with specifications
Implement and communicate risk controls for project delivery
Conduct safety, environmental, and quality assessments to ensure acceptable standards
Report on project performance, compliance, and defects/non-conformance
Manage teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals
Knowledge of tunnel underground construction practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Relevant safety, construction and industry certifications and tickets
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
A strong emphasis on collaboration and a team-oriented mindset

Ensures clarity of responsibilities and monitors performance
