Site Engineer

• Setting out works accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring works are constructed according to drawings and specifications
• Quality control and assurance, including undertaking inspections and raising NCRs as required
• Liaising with the site team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records, including daily diaries and progress reports
• Assisting with the resolution of technical queries
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects, ideally highways
• Strong understanding of earthworks, structures, and utility diversions
• Proficiency in setting out using surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant CSCS card
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is desirable
