Job Responsibility

  • Setting out and controlling dimensions of works on site
  • Producing take-offs and monitoring project progress
  • Maintaining accurate daily site records and activity logs
  • Identifying, reporting and managing project changes
  • Managing material reconciliations and site documentation
  • Updating drawings and technical documents to the latest revisions
  • Maintaining quality records in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Producing as-built records and drawings on project completion.

Requirements

  • HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Previous experience working as a Site Engineer within rail or civil engineering projects
  • A valid PTS certification (essential)
  • Strong setting out and site coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
