Job Responsibility

Structural Integrity Oversight: Ensure all reinforced concrete, steelwork, and foundation elements are executed strictly according to the structural design intent and calculations
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex onsite engineering discrepancies by liaising between the design office and the field, providing immediate solutions for structural clashes or soil stability issues
Temporary Works Management: Supervise the design and implementation of critical temporary structures, such as shoring, scaffolding, and formwork systems, ensuring they meet load-bearing requirements
Precision Surveying & Setting Out: Oversee high-accuracy leveling and setting out of structural grids, ensuring the building’s verticality and horizontal alignment are within tight engineering tolerances
