We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team supporting our long-term Transport and Infrastructure construction scopes in NSW. The Site Engineer supports the Project Manager and project team in delivering project outcomes, meeting contractual requirements, and maximising project profitability. The role involves carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s values and operational procedures, including adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Job Responsibility:
Carry out assigned project tasks within the defined scope of work, ensuring alignment with budget, contract requirements, quality standards, and client expectations
Plan and organise resources and tasks systematically for allocated work areas while monitoring site progress and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Assist in providing technical input on design, construction methods, program modifications, and structural repairs to support project delivery
Support procurement activities and contribute to the coordination and management of suppliers and subcontractors
Identify project issues, investigate root causes, and contribute to practical solutions while understanding how project components influence overall outcomes
Work collaboratively within the team to maintain a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment, supporting HSEQ standards, team learning, and continuous personal development
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar
2-5 years of relevant experience in a construction industry
TfNSW roads experience
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
White Card - CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry
Valid Driver’s License
