Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Having a previous Internship/Co-op in the design/construction of municipal projects and/or site development projects is a plus.
Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.

Job Responsibility

Design of site development and municipal projects, including roadways, site grading, storm drainage, water main extensions and sanitary sewage collection and transmission systems, including sewage pump stations.
Preparation of local, state and federal permit applications.

A minimum of 4 years of diverse and progressive site development experience
Licensed PE in the state of NC
B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience working with public agencies, private entities and/or municipalities
Progressive experience with developing plans specifications, and submissions per development regulatory standards and requirements
Excellent communication and client relation skills
Strong organization skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules
