Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of building services works (HVAC, sanitary, fire protection, electrical) in accordance with the design and execution plan
  • Plan activities and monitor compliance with execution schedules
  • Organize site activities and manage subcontractor teams
  • Verify the execution of works in accordance with design documentation and technical standards
  • Check the quality of executed works and resolve technical non-conformities
  • Responsible for testing, commissioning, and acceptance of the systems executed within the project
  • Report project progress
  • Verify and consolidate work progress statements (payment applications)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering (Building Installations, Energy, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating the execution of building services systems
  • Strong planning and organizational skills for site-specific activities
  • Ability to manage and coordinate specialized subcontractors on site
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical projects (drawings, execution details)
  • Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Primavera, Excel, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Fire Safety regulations
  • Ability to represent the company in relations with clients, suppliers, and competent authorities
  • Ability to build professional relationships and work efficiently within the project team
