Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our Grid & Digital Solutions department of the M Power Projects division based in Elbasan for the duration of 3 - 4 months.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Review and interpret construction plans and drawings
Enforce site safety regulations and procedures
Conduct inspections and quality checks
Report progress and issues to project managers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3+ years of experience in construction
Experience in supervising and monitoring subcontractors
Ability to work on site in Fier
Experience in industry/energy related projects
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
