About the role: Randstad Canada is looking for an exceptional Site Coordinator to join our team and serve as the primary on-site workforce partner for one of our most important distribution clients in the Beauharnois area. This is not a typical supervisory role — the Site Coordinator acts simultaneously as an HR advisor, a people manager, a client partner, and an operational anchor for a high-volume workforce.
