Site Coordinator — Workforce & Account Management. Large-scale distribution centre — Beauharnois, QC. Full-time · 100% on-site. Contract — 3 months + (permanent potential). $24–$29/hour. About the role: Randstad Canada is looking for an exceptional Site Coordinator to join our team and serve as the primary on-site workforce partner for one of our most important distribution clients in the Beauharnois area. This is not a typical supervisory role — the Site Coordinator acts simultaneously as an HR advisor, a people manager, a client partner, and an operational anchor for a high-volume workforce. The Site Coordinator position starts as a 3-month contract with strong potential to extend and convert to a permanent opportunity based on performance. The Site Coordinator must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's licence. This is a firm requirement.
