Site Coordinator

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, project managers, and clients
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor work progress, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
• Identify and address any on-site issues or conflicts, implementing effective solutions as needed
• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to uphold company and industry standards
• Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports and safety records
• Uphold all safety regulations and enforce compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or an applicable two-year degree in a related field
• Experience in construction, particularly with cabinets, doors, millwork, and countertops
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in construction
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, doors, millwork, and countertops
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction management software and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented and well-spoken, capable of providing consistent support to the crew
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as experience coordinating subcontractors and on-site personnel

OSHA certification or knowledge of workplace safety regulations is a plus
