We are seeking a proactive and supportive Site Coordinator to provide leadership and guidance to our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and achievement of our daily production objectives through close monitoring and effective coordination. Randstad Canada is actively recruiting a bilingual Site Coordinator for a warehouse in Boucherville. You will be a highly visible and engaged presence on the floor with employees. Your key activities will include supervising the team, managing production flow, and training new hires. Versatility and adaptability are therefore highly valued qualities for this position.
