Job Description:

Are you a meticulous cleaner looking for a stable, long-term role? We are seeking a dedicated Site Cleaner for a major project in Crawley starting within the next 4-6 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for consistent weekday hours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welfare Cleaning: Deep cleaning site offices, canteens, and drying rooms
  • Sanitation: Regular cleaning and restocking of toilet facilities
  • Finishing Cleans: Cleaning plot interiors to a high standard in preparation for handover
  • Safety: Ensuring all walkways and communal areas remain clear and tidy

Requirements:

  • Must be able to drive to the site
  • Must have your own Full PPE
  • Must provide 2 professional finishing references from previous employers or site managers
  • CSCS Card is preferred
  • DBS is preferred

Nice to have:

  • CSCS Card
  • DBS

  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming, grass cutting, weeding, clearing snow/ice from pathways, aiding skip removal, litter picking and fence painting
