Job Description:

Randstad is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Site Cleaner to join a busy project in Dorking. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday work with the potential for career growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site facilities
  • Cleaning site offices and meeting rooms
  • Cleaning staff canteens and break areas
  • Cleaning site cabins
  • Cleaning wet rooms and toilet facilities

Requirements:

  • Must have valid documentation for the UK
  • Must own and wear your own Personal Protective Equipment (Hard hat, high-vis, and safety boots)
  • Must be able to provide two finishing references from previous employers
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred
What we offer:

  • Clean, stock and supply designated areas i.e. restrooms
  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping
  • Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks
  • Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming, grass cutting, weeding, clearing snow/ice from pathways, aiding skip removal, litter picking and fence painting
