A leading, dynamic construction company with an established reputation for delivering high-end real estate developments is seeking an experienced Site Civil Manager for a permanent collaboration in Athens. In this role, you will take full ownership of a landmark hotel construction project located right in the heart of Athens, leading it to successful completion.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing the daily activities and progress of civil works for a major hotel project in Athens center
  • Reviewing architectural, structural, and network plans to provide technical guidance on their implementation
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractors, site foremen, and specialized crews to ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards
  • Handling on-site logistics, including the procurement, delivery, and distribution of materials, machinery, and equipment
  • Assessing potential project risks, resolving technical engineering issues on-site, and evaluating materials and costs to keep the project on budget
  • Ensuring full compliance with building permits, health and safety regulations, environmental laws, and company guidelines
  • Preparing, maintaining, and submitting technical files, daily site logs, and progress documentation as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Active membership in the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site construction management, preferably in hotel or premium commercial building projects
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
