Job Description

We are looking for a Site Camp Coordinator for one of our clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure all camp infrastructures and services meet COMPANY requirements and are documented
  • Guarantee the complete monitoring of camp operations at the COMPANY level
  • Ensure seamless monitoring of the CONTRACTOR Items management at site
  • Provide continuous, reliable, and relevant reporting to upper management
  • Be exemplary when it comes to H3SE, engagement with Stakeholders and ethics matters
  • Observe and impose strict confidentiality in the performance of his/her duties

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Facility Management, Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in camp or facility management, preferably in Oil & Gas or large-scale industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of HSSE standards and compliance
  • Experience in team coordination and resource management
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of camp management software is a plus
  • Knowledge of Company rules and procedures is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
