We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Site Based Learning Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in managing and organizing data related to site-based learning initiatives within the higher education sector. Your ability to conduct thorough research and accurately compile information will be pivotal to the success of this position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-depth research to gather and verify information about multiple site locations, including addresses and relevant credentials
  • Accurately input detailed data into organizational systems, ensuring adherence to established formats
  • Collaborate with the team to refine data collection processes and metrics for efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyze and report on metrics related to data entry durations, identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for optimizing data collection and database functionality
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint to manage and organize project-related information
  • Ensure thorough documentation of research findings and maintain a clear record of all activities
  • Develop strategies to improve the quality and consistency of data compilation processes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
