Job Description:

Select Offshore is seeking proactive and organised Site Assistants to support the pre-installation phase of a major offshore wind project. Based at a U.S.-based port, you will provide essential administrative and welfare support to the Pre-Installation Project Manager and wider site team. This role is critical in ensuring the site runs efficiently day-to-day, with a strong focus on personnel coordination, communication, documentation handling, and contributing to a productive and supportive site environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Pre-Installation Project Manager and site staff
  • Coordinate day-to-day personnel logistics and site communications
  • Assist with accommodation, travel, and welfare arrangements for project teams
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Support meeting scheduling, document preparation, and reporting tasks
  • Act as a point of contact for staff queries related to welfare and logistics
  • Help maintain an organised, efficient, and compliant work environment
  • Contribute to team cohesion and operational flow across the pre-installation phase

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a site administration, logistics coordination, or project support role
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong sense of accountability
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Experience supporting construction or offshore wind projects is an advantage
