Site Agent

• Oversee all on-site engineering activities to ensure total compliance with design specifications and Heathrow standards
• Manage subcontractors and shift engineers, maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and the project programme
• Manage the handover engineer which is primary link between day-shift planning and night-shift execution, ensuring the night team is fully briefed and equipped to deliver within 4-5 hour tunnel closure windows
• Draft and review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and ensure all health, safety, and environmental protocols are strictly followed
• Lead short-term programming, monitor progress against the master schedule, and proactively report any deviations or risks to the Project Manager
• Collaborate with the Client, designers, and third-party stakeholders to resolve technical queries and drive _One Team_ integration

• Strong foundation in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Proven track record in complex infrastructure projects (Tunnels, Highways, or Rail)
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and apply problem-solving skills in a live operational environment
• Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage diverse multidisciplinary teams
• Valid CSCS card and relevant H&S qualifications (e.g., SMSTS)
• Familiarity with NEC4 contracts and change management processes
