Site Agent North Wales Talented people are the key to our success. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Site Agent to join our team on the National Grid GGP Framework, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience as a Site Agent overseeing Civil Engineering projects with practical experience of earthworks, FRC, ducting and drainage. Role Responsibilities Report to the Project Manager for key work areas. Manage day-to-day operations of the site to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Maintain high standards of quality across all construction activities. Monitor and manage environmental impact throughout the project lifecycle. Control project costs and ensure budget adherence. Collaborate effectively with a high-performing and supportive team. Demonstrate ambition and drive in tackling complex engineering challenges. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Previous experience working on similar power infrastructure or civil engineering schemes at Agent or Sub Agent level. Background in managing construction projects from planning through to delivery. About the Energy Business Unit We have extensive experience in upgrading and replacing energy networks, delivering asset management for major UK energy companies and network operators. Our transmission and distribution services involve the upgrading and replacement of electricity assets both above and below ground. Within the electricity sector we install and maintain assets, including excavation, laying, and jointing of cables, (fluid filled and XLPe), substations and overhead line, new build, repair, and refurbishment services.
