We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Site Agent to join our team on the National Grid GGP Framework, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience as a Site Agent overseeing Civil Engineering projects with practical experience of earthworks, FRC, ducting and drainage. Role Responsibilities Report to the Project Manager for key work areas. Manage day-to-day operations of the site to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Maintain high standards of quality across all construction activities. Monitor and manage environmental impact throughout the project lifecycle. Control project costs and ensure budget adherence. Collaborate effectively with a high-performing and supportive team. Demonstrate ambition and drive in tackling complex engineering challenges. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Previous experience working on similar power infrastructure or civil engineering schemes at Agent or Sub Agent level. Background in managing construction projects from planning through to delivery. Strong project management capabilities Commercial awareness and cost control proficiency Effective team coordination and planning skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Thorough understanding of health & safety compliance Knowledge of quality assurance processes Clear and confident communication skills What is in it for you?
