Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Site Agent / Sub Agent to deliver highways and structures works, including: concrete repairs, bearing & joint replacement, bridge deck waterproofing/surfacing, painting & corrosion protection, and ground stabilisation/earthworks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage site operations, labour, plant, and supply chain
  • Coordinate traffic management
  • Plan works and proactively manage risks
  • Compile and review RAMS
  • Ensure clear communication across teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in highways/structures works (especially concrete repairs)
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and risk management skills
  • Experience with traffic management
  • Good IT skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience on the M25 or similar networks
  • Temporary Works knowledge
  • Familiarity with road space management
  • Understanding of NEC contracts (EWs, Risk Notices, CEs, programmes)
