Site Administrator

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the site, including managing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering clear and effective communication
• organise and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations
• Support the implementation of health and safety policies on site, helping to create a safe and productive working environment
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to facilitate project progress and address any administrative needs

• Strong administration background, site administration a bonus but not essential
• Being well organised with a strong ability to multitask
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
