Job Responsibility
Front of House & Communications: Greet and sign in visitors, transport providers, and site contractors, while managing site communications via email and Microsoft Teams
Data Entry & Materials Logistics: Input operational figures, manage inventory records, and track inbound/outbound material pipelines relating to finished bulk stock and raw materials
Procurement & Financial Admin: Utilise internal databases to raise purchase orders for raw materials and site supplies, process commercial quotes, and assist in organising figures for the site budget
Quality Assurance Coordination: Coordinate the preparation, dispatch, and digital documentation of operational product samples sent to external testing facilities, following up on results
Site Housekeeping: Maintain general administrative spaces, restock office infrastructure (such as printers), and manage structured physical and digital filing systems
Requirements
Relevant Experience: A demonstrated background in a multi-faceted office environment encompassing reception duties, high-accuracy data entry, and proactive customer service
Software Capability: Intermediate to advanced operational proficiency with Microsoft Excel to track numbers, run formulas, and organise data sheets. Prior exposure to procurement or inventory databases is highly regarded
Professional Communication: Confidence collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, managing professional correspondence, and participating actively in digital team environments
Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills with a track record of meeting strict production or transport logistics deadlines reliably every week

Attractive Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour + super (casual rate during the initial temporary probation period), potential permanent salary of $68K + super
