We are seeking a Site Administrator to join the Grid & Digital Solutions department within the M Power Projects division. The role involves supporting the admin needs of the EGL1 renewable energy construction project, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for all administrative matters on site
Maintain accurate records including timesheets, delivery notes, permits, site diaries and day-to-day admin duties
Assists with Coordinating site inductions, training records, and health and safety documentation with the H&S department
Manage and file site paperwork and correspondence, both electronic and hard copies
Assist with site procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with scheduling and meeting arrangements
Handle office supplies, stationery, and ensure the site office is well maintained
Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and site updates as needed
Liaise with the Project administrator, clients, and contractors regarding project administration
Requirements:
Previous experience in a construction or site-based administrative role (preferred)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Understanding of construction terminology and documentation is advantageous
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
CSCS card (preferred or required depending on site access policy)
Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations is beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
