Requirements

  • 3 years’ + experience in a Site Administration position
  • Previous FIFO experience is a MUST
  • Experience booking flights and accommodation
  • Previous experience with entry / collation of timesheets is highly advantageous
  • High proficiency with Microsoft office (especially Excel) to manage rosters of teams up to 300 + people
  • High level of attention to detail is essential
  • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, proactive and able to work unsupervised

  • Working closely with our people logistics team, booking travel and logistics, managing rosters and any changes that come up on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise with subcontractors to arrange travel and accommodation requirements
  • Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of site-related documents, including safety records, permits, and compliance reports
  • Raise requisitions and receipt purchase orders as directed by the Site Manager(s)
  • Support employees with timesheet entry queries and ensure cost codes are allocated in the relevant systems
  • Act as a liaison between the site and corporate offices, handling inquiries and ensuring timely communication of relevant information
