We are seeking a Site Acquisition Manager II (SA2) to support wireless network deployment projects in the Irvine market. This role will manage site acquisition activities from RF/design coordination through Notice to Proceed (NTP) handoff while ensuring schedules, permitting, landlord approvals, and project milestones stay on track.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle site acquisition activities for wireless telecom projects
Coordinate with Service Providers, RF teams, A&E firms, landlords, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle
Review Site Files, RFDS packages, scopes of work, lease documents, and entitlement packages
Coordinate zoning, permitting, building permit (BP), and environmental permit (EP) submissions and approvals
Prepare and track landlord notification and consent packages through approval
Drive all activities required to obtain NTP and coordinate handoff to construction/services delivery teams
Support civil work and installation teams with site access, landlord coordination, and design modification approvals
Monitor Service Provider performance to ensure milestones, quality standards, and contractual requirements are met
Resolve site acquisition issues, escalations, and schedule risks impacting deployment timelines
Track project progress against schedules, budgets, and risk baselines
Maintain accurate documentation and records within Site Handler and other company systems
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports
Attend customer, vendor, and internal project meetings
Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and customer expectations
Requirements:
4+ years of wireless telecom site acquisition experience
Experience supporting large-scale wireless deployments with exposure to 200+ site builds preferred
Strong understanding of leasing, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and NTP processes
Experience working with landlords, municipalities, utility companies, and regulatory agencies
Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
Experience using Site Handler or similar telecom project tracking systems preferred
