Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and professional Site Access Controller to support the safe and secure operation of a busy construction site. This role is key to controlling site access, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Control and monitor site access and exit points
  • Verify identification and authorisation of staff, visitors, and contractors
  • Maintain accurate access records and logs
  • Challenge unauthorised access politely and professionally
  • Monitor vehicle movements and report incidents or concerns
  • Liaise with site management and support daily site operations
  • Maintain a visible, friendly, and professional presence

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
