Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sit Down Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely loading and unloading palletized freight, building and staging orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has prior sit-down forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Shift available: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (some overtime).

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload palletized freight from truck trailers
  • Build and stage customer orders on pallets
  • Perform inter-case picking, packing, and boxing as needed
  • Shrink wrap palletized freight for secure transport
  • Accurately count, check, and verify freight using basic math skills
  • Load freight trucks using material handling equipment without damaging trailers or product
  • Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operation standards

Requirements:

  • Prior sit-down forklift operating experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a background check and our company participates in E-Verify

Nice to have:

  • RF scanner experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately check orders
