Requirements

Hold a valid forklift license for reach truck and sit down forklift
Possess a reliable way to drive to our Edmonton location
Strong, proven forklift experience, ideally within a cross-dock or LTL environment
Physical fitness required to meet the agility and stamina demands of a high-volume warehouse
Safety-focused work ethic, a reputation for excellent attendance, and the ability to start work immediately
Ability to commit to one of our core shifts: Shift A: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Shift B: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Valid forklift certification for both reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts
Previous cross dock, LTL, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred
Experience operating electric forklifts required
Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs consistently

Job Responsibility

Drive forklifts safely to load, unload, and move LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight
Navigate a fast-paced cross-dock environment efficiently to keep up with high-volume shipments
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace under tight timelines
Earn a permanent, full-time position after a few months based on your great performance and attendance
Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment
Use stand-up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product
Load, unload, move, and organize freight and product safely and efficiently
Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately
Re-barcode cases and return products to high bay storage
Assist with inventory put-away during delivery days (800–1200 cases shared across team)

1–2 years of experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift

Job Responsibility
