Job Responsibility

Provide hands-on clinical care, acting as a senior point of support for complex or deteriorating patients
Coordinate daily clinical activity and ensure safe staffing levels, skill mix, and continuity of care
Allocate and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and patient needs are met
Support the development, appraisal, and competency assessment of junior nurses, HCAs, and students
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NMC and organisational standards
Promote compliance with infection prevention, medication safety, safeguarding, and other clinical governance priorities

Job Responsibility
