Single / Multi Skilled Engineer

We are recruiting either single-skilled or multi-skilled Engineers, with either an electrical or mechanical bias. If you are currently single-skilled, we will fully fund additional training to support you in becoming multi-skilled. This is a great opportunity to grow your career while gaining new engineering skills. As a Single / Multi Skilled Engineer operating from a well-established Hatchery, you will optimise machinery output and product quality and minimise plant downtime through effective preventative maintenance and efficient response whilst maintaining a safe and healthy environment and promoting good engineering practices. A fast-paced, dynamic Hatchery environment which can be noisy and dusty in some areas, incubating eggs into chicks, where hygiene standards are critical. The role is predominantly factory based.
